By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Reservations and Bookings
When you make a reservation or booking on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is processed. You must present a valid ID and the reservation confirmation upon check-in.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept UPI and net banking payment methods as listed on our website. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below. Please review it carefully before making a reservation.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Prohibited Uses
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Pahadi Resort, a Pahadi Resort employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Pahadi Resort or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pahadi Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
